Waagacusub.net - Somalia's prison guards, police officials, and military judges make a deal with Al-Shabaab officials that any single Shabaab member that is convicted with murder and assassination attempts should to replace with school and street children for the payment of 10,000 us dollar per person.

Somalia's military court sentenced three men, which two of them hidden their faces from the media, because they were not involved in any terrorist acts.

Waagacusub media has learned that Somalia's Military Court Chief, Colonel Abdirahman Mohamud Turyare released the perpetrators of Al-Shabaab and  the two of the three men sentenced to death on July 30 2014 for alleged membership in the armed Islamist group Al-Shabaab were 14-year-old children whom were not the men convicted Al-shabaab member that founded guilty.

Col. Turyare does not only sentenced to death 14-year-old children ,but also he sentenced six-months term in prison for a father who is bread-winner of six orphans for exercising responsibility of parent-ship.

A mother who birthed a baby in a prison called " the Cave" endures several hours of beating and electric shock  every single night. Her screams can be heard every night, yelling that she has no idea where her alleged Al- Shabaab husband is.

Hundreds of children and women are incarcerated in the "prison of Cave" and they face inhumane and unbearable conditions such as brutally beating to confess, electric shocks as well as water torture.

As Somali politicians that released recently told Waagacusub Media , many prisoners died and buried secretly due to the severe torture and cells which are very small yet overcrowded.

Human rights Watch's Africa researcher, Laetitia Bader, released  a report  on Sunday questioning how  Somalia's summery executions are met the international law.

ASSESSING MINISTERIAL HLPF COPENHAGEN CONFERENCE ON SOMALIA

There were no attempts to subject the PM's action (reshuffle without consultation with the President), the President's action (nullification of PM reshuffle decree and instruction to the cabinet), and the Parliament's action (no confidence motion on "all-purpose allegations") to independent expert opinion or judgment.
