    Somaliland's main Opposition Leader Confirms his son joins to ISIS 

    Waagacusub.net - A Chairman of Somaliland's leading opposition group of UCID party, Eng.Faysal Ali Warabe,confirmed that his son had joined the extremist group of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant-ISIS.

Waagacusub.net - A Chairman of Somaliland's leading opposition group of UCID party, Eng.Faysal Ali Warabe,confirmed that his son had joined the extremist group of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant-ISIS.

A 22-year old Sayid Hussein Faysal  have seen in a Youtube video posted by the Al-Qaeda splinter group of ISIS the day of Eid al-Fitr ,who lured to fight for ISIS.  


In an interview with BBC Somali service, Mr.Warabe said, "[All] praise is (due) to Allah,Lord of the Worlds , the alleged Abu Shu'ab that have seen in the clip is my son and he was born in Finland in 1992.Over the last 3 years , he started praying Muslim prayers and began learning Islamic studies and that was a good which made me very happy as a father seeing his young man in Europe that studies the Islamic religion". 


" Then in January, 2013, he disappeared after he had married his wife,but later he had been seen in Hargeisa during his visit to Somaliland without his father's awareness ", Mr. Warabe said. 


The opposition figure told Abdirahman Koronto's BBC Somali service that his son had been radicalized in Finland ,but he did not report to Somaliland's anti-terrorist force though he recommended his guards to follow his activities that he managed to escape from them. 


Sayid Hussein Faysal ,who adopted the Kunya or teknonymy of 'Abu Shuaib al-Somali' has traveled to Garowe by way of Burao to apply a Somali Passport.


Now with a beard and black towel on his head, he says that he is happy to join his brothers in Islam' Mujahidiin ,ISIS there and that he will enter paradise.


Dozens of Western Citizens of Somali  origin are believed to have gone to Somalia, Syria and Iraq in part of killing innocent civilians in the pretext of Jihad ,while many Somalilanders from Burao and Hargeisa went to Somalia's Capital ,Mogadishu to fight for Al-Shabaab, a terrorist group behind the atrocities in Somalia and neighboring countries of Kenya, Djibouti and Uganda.
